Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and take them to our studio until a sales person becomes available - Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members - Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests - Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed - Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members - Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable - Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Assist with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation - Utilize computerized systems and software to perform various tasks
Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred - Proficiency in using computer programs such as QuickBooks, and other CRM systems - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Job Type:
