We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our team with a primary focus on identifying and hiring top talent for field leadership and corporate staff positions in the dynamic field of telecom construction.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs for telecom construction leadership positions and corporate staff roles.
Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to attract experienced candidates within the telecom construction sector.
Utilize industry-specific job boards, professional networks, and telecom events to source and screen qualified candidates.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, job suitability (using the Predictive Index), and the candidates familiarity with telecom construction standards.
Coordinate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a thorough evaluation of candidates' abilities to meet telecom project requirements.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers to successful candidates.
Proactively build and maintain communication with hiring leaders to manage a workforce planning process and subsequent talent pipeline to quickly address ongoing and future telecom construction hiring needs.
Stay abreast of industry advancements, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the telecom construction sector.
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to enhance diversity and inclusion in telecom construction recruitment efforts.
Minimum Qualifications 5 plus years in a corporate recruiting role hiring for staff and leadership positions.
Experience recruiting in construction or similar field-based industry.
Experience working in various applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Ability to travel to corporate and field locations on occasion.
Preferred Qualifications BA/BS or advanced degree Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) Telecom construction management recruitment experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
