Job Description:
The Residential Fence Scheduler plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient scheduling of residential fence estimates.
Required Tasks:
Schedule fence estimate appointments for potential customers by coordinating with the sales team and considering the availability of estimators.
Coordinate and schedule appointments for fence consultations.
Communicate with potential customers to gather information about their fencing needs, answer questions, and provide information about the estimate process.
Communicate with residential customers to understand their fencing needs, preferences, and scheduling preferences.
Create and manage a schedule for fence estimates, taking into account customer timelines and sales team availability.
Maintain accurate records of scheduled estimate appointments, including customer contact information, project details and estimate requirements.
Maintain and update the scheduling calendar to ensure that appointments are organized and efficient.
Generate reports on scheduled appointments, cancellation rates, and other relevant data to help management make informed decisions.
Assist with digital marketing campaigns to make sure they are performing effectively.
