Understands business line service and manages the improvement of operational efficiency.
Exceeds the service delivery of overall customer satisfaction based on established indicators.
Ensures that all projects are following Company standard operating processes.

This person must have excellent judgment and discretion when interacting with others and in managing information.
The ideal candidate is professional, organized, able to multitask, has strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and has strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Review the cost and schedule plan to determine if project objectives are achievableCreate, maintain, and update monthly forecast budgetsPrepare various cost reports and maintain forecast accuracyPrepare project performance analysis, cost, and schedule status reportsIdentify cost and schedule variances from objectives and recommend corrective actionAssess and report on project performance using established standardsDevelops and improves operational efficiencies either directly or indirectly through the project teamReview analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine operational progress toward stated goals and objectivesDrives profitability by continually communicating with field managersActively works to gain the respect of subordinates through daily interaction with the project teamEnsure that responses to project budget cost requests reflect accurate and current project cost information and stakeholders are in concurrenceInput data into various programs and prepare various cost and forecasting reportsVerify that project cost and schedule milestones were/were not attained and provide input to identify future process or business improvements and work with responsible parties to implementMaintain scope change, contingency release, and change orderMaintain written and electronic project documentation and records for required aspects of the projectMaintain project files per established guidelines and requirements Document change order requests, project status, key issues, risks and resolution, priority changes and approvalsValidate daily, weekly, and monthly data setsParticipate in (or lead) various process improvement initiatives with project managementPrepare various monthly and weekly project performance reports - budget and cycle forecast reports; and finance status reports, utilizing the financial tracking softwareMonitor, analyze, and report on the projects forecasting performance, with weekly performance reports, utilizing the financial tracking toolsBuild and maintain relationships with internal stakeholdersEnsure a high level of internal client satisfaction Uphold and promote the company's valuesAttend operational meetings as requiredTravel may be required for trainingOther duties as assigned SKILLS AND ABILITIES Creative problem-solver, with the ability to think, plan, and execute multiple projects autonomously and in an organized fashion, balancing the long-term and urgent needs of the teamDemonstrated ability to work calmly and collaboratively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, maintaining good judgment and the ability to escalate appropriatelyMust be able to perform in a high transaction volume environmentMust be highly organized, flexible, deadline and detail-oriented Excellent project management and communication skillsMust be a self-starter, able to produce with limited supervision in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externallyWhen business critical issues arise, must be willing to work outside normal business hours.
