Senior Director of HVAC Installation Position


E&R Heating and Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC Foreman-Project Manager to lead our new construction, installation division. E&R Heating and Cooling is a division of EGM Builders. This is a growing company with tremendous opportunity to grow.


We service Northern/Central NJ and NYC


This is a Full Time Permanent Position - Not a seasonal job


As Senior Director of HVAC Installation, you will be responsible for managing multiple installation crews across various projects in Northern/Central NJ and NYC. Other responsibilities include the following:



  • Ability to Read and understand mechanical drawings, prints, specifications and submittals;

  • Ability to layout and coordinate work with team members, job captains and other trades;

  • Ability to develop project schedules and provide updates to management;

  • Ability to write work orders, and amend work orders;

  • Effectively communicate with general contractors, other trades, inspectors, customers and tenants as needed;

  • Turnkey capabilities, ability to take project from start to finish;

  • Employee safety training and managing;

  • Interviewing new team members (new hires);


Experience:



  • Minimum 10 years work related experience

  • In project management: Commercial buildings, residential

  • Knowledge of Federal and State regulations, OSHA

  • Installing/working with: HVAC Sheet Metal, HVAC Plumbing, HVAC Ducting, start-up (electrical and controls knowledge a plus)

  • Experience with trade software (We will provide training if necessary)


Pay - This is a salaried position, nights and weekends if required. Bonus pay will be provided based on experience and job offer.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
